Seaweed flatbread (Seaweed Chapathi)

Just cooked up a batch of seaweed Chapathi.  I'm always looking for ways to smuggle more nutrients into the kids, and seaweed is a nutrient powerhouse.

Here is what I came up with:

1 cup atta (whole wheat flour)
4 sheets of roasted (snacking) seaweed
1/2 teaspoon salt (adjust according to saltiness of seaweed)
1/2 cup water

1.  Crumble seaweed and add to flour, along with salt.
2.  Add water to form a ball.
3.  Divide dough into 8 equal pieces, and form a ball from each piece.
4.  Flatten ball, and form chapathis by rolling out the ball to 1/8 inch thickness on a lightly floured surface.
5.  Roast the chapathis, turning over as necessary,  on a griddle or a skillet until golden brown on each side.

Enjoy!
